George’s twin sons work in the business with their dad, as John did years ago. Joe George, John’s brother, joined Majestic in 1999. Joe George is a professional Engineer, who reviews all building plans before construction starts confirming structural integrity of all of the Majestic’s Homes.

John received his bachelor’s degree from the University of New York as Oswego in 1973 in the field of Industrial Engineering. He later received his Master’s Degree from Nova University in 1979. John went on to become a teacher in Palm Beach County in the Belle Glade Community where he was awarded the prestigious Palm Beach County Teacher of the Year Award.

Approximately 25 years ago, John decided to change careers. Following in his father’s footsteps, he became a state certified contractor. Once licensed, there was no stopping this teacher turned builder. John formed Majestic Homes and Realty, and 15 years later he formed Artistic Pools, where he is license holder and President.

Builder of the “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” home for the Rainford Family, Majestic is 1 of only 60 builders in America chosen for this task. The episode aired nationally, and was a 2 Hour Special. A special website “www.ExtremeMajestic.com” has been set up to view the entire process.

Currently, Majestic Homes and Realty is building and selling in the Acreage Community in Palm Beach County, the Port St. Lucie community, and the Preserve in Vero Beach, and well as newer communities such as North Port (West Coast) and Palm Bay (Central East Coast).
